KRS - 8003 Semi Automatic Block Machine: is designed with a hydraulic control system and a Stable mortar central station. It is designed to operate on a 24-hour basis. We offer different production capacities for this machine. Thanks to its special electric motors and high-power reducers, it boasts a very fast production rate and high capacity. By simply changing the molds, it can produce various types of Blocks, Curbstone, Hollow Chimney Blocks, and Ready-mixed Concrete with heights ranging from 5 cm to 25 cm. Technical specifications, capacity, and installation diagrams are provided below. With an 8-hour daily operation, it has a production capacity of 8.960 Pieces of 20*40*20 cm Blocks.
KRS - 8003 Semi Automatic Block Machine: is manufactured as a complete turnkey plant. It does not require any additional equipment except for the drying and product curing rooms. For a plant of this type, we recommend an installation, curing, and storage area of at least 1.000 m². There is no obligation for a closed area. The prepared concrete floor should cover at least 1/3 of the total plant area.
